We blend sweet roasted beetroot with Parmesan, blanched and toasted almonds, and toasted sunflower seeds for a rich, nutty backbone. A splash of orange and lemon juice adds a sunny citrus lift, while a hint of ground cumin brings gentle warmth and depth.
Stunning in colour and flavour, it’s perfect tossed through pasta, spread on sourdough, dolloped over salads, or added to grazing boards for a pop of something special.
