Glam Ham Glaze
Bold, complex, and bursting with character — this is the glaze I’m most proud of from our summer range. It’s rich, beautifully layered, and makes an unforgettable gift for anyone who loves big, vibrant flavours.
Perfect for Christmas hams, but truly amazing on so much more. Drizzle over roasted aubergines, zucchini, corn, or peppers for a next-level BBQ side that’ll have your veggie-loving friends raving. Use it as a marinade for chicken, tofu, or pork chops, or mix it through pulled pork or chicken for tacos that pack serious flavour.
Infused with rosemary, thyme, fresh orange juice and zest, and a warm smokiness from paprika, chilli, and chipotle — this glaze is perfectly balanced, deeply savoury, and utterly delicious.
Ingredients: Ketchup (preservative- and gluten-free), balsamic vinegar, fresh orange juice & zest, brown sugar, English mustard, chipotle, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, onion, bay leaf, garlic, Thai chilli, cumin, fennel, smoked paprika, cloves, Himalayan salt.
Allergens: Contains malt (gluten) and fish (anchovy) from Worcestershire sauce.
Made in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing cereals, milk, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
Shelf life: Shelf-stable. Use within 3–4 months for best freshness. Refrigerate after opening.
