Drizzle it over eggs, slather it in a classic BLT, or add a generous dollop alongside salmon. It’s gorgeous through avocado salads, and it transforms roast veggie dishes when tossed with rocket and parmesan. It’s no wonder this one has developed a cult following — one of our regulars orders four jars at a time, declaring, “I eat it on absolutely everything!”
