Bone broths are increasing in popularity due to their important impact on gut health and cellular repair. I love them a couple of dinners a week, as a means of giving my digestive system a well deserved break and so enjoy the nourishment and self care I know I am giving my body. At A bit Dressy we have ramped up the goodness by adding nutritious veggies to the broth process as well. A double whammy of wellness.
Whether you just reheat to a light simmer, sip and enjoy as is, or to create a more filling option, add sliced spinach leaves, thinly sliced broccoli florets, your favourite fresh herbs like coriander, parsley, chilli or ginger -chives or dill.
Ingredients: Free-range Chicken carcass, water, onion, carrot, celery, fennel, bay leaves, seasonal herbs, apple cider vinegar & Himalayan salt

Ingredients: Free-range Chicken carcass, water, onion, fennel, coriander, lemongrass, cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, kaffir lime leaves & Himalayan salt
Add pre-cooked noodles or pasta too if that's your thing. Shred left over cooked chicken in, add cubes of tofu, or just a spoon of your favourite miso - so many options await this soul- enriching wellness in a bowl!
Allergens: While much care is taken crafting your soups and broths, it is made in a kitchen handling gluten-containing cereal grains, milk, soy products, sesame, peanuts, tree-nuts, fish & shellfish.
Refrigerate and use within 7-9 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings per jar. ( depending on your appetite!)
