Bone broths are increasing in popularity due to their important impact on gut health and cell repair. I love them a couple of dinners a week, as a means of giving my digestive system a well deserved break and so enjoy the nourishment and self care I know I am giving my body.
Why settle for a regular beef bone broth when you can spice things up and enjoy the wonderful spices that create this Vietnamese staple dish. This authentic recipe is derived from the streets of Hanoi, assemble it in your own home.

INGREDIENTS- Grass fed beef marrow bones, water, charred onion, ginger, fish sauce, dried orange peel, Vietnamese aromatic spices, Organic coconut sugar
Just use our shopping list ( see image below) to grab the required fresh ingredients, prep and place them in a deep soup bowl and pour the incredible pho broth (reheat till piping hot) on top of your pho ingredients - this will cook your thinly sliced eye fillet of beef before your very eyes!

Refrigerate and use within 10-12 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings ( depending on your appetite!)
