One of my absolute FAVOURITE WAYS TO TREAT THIS VEGETABLE.

Roasting Cauliflower. Whatever the end result, it's is a game changer for sure. And here at A bit Dressy, this creamy, warming soup is PACKED FULL of nutty flavour, a seriously nutrient dense doseage in a bowl, and  finished off perfectly with a reasonable hint of garlic and nutmeg. The chicken broth adds the final umami high five - oh so well balanced.

 * garnished here with Balinese salt and truffle oil.

Ingredients: A bit dressy Chicken & veggie bone broth, roasted cauliflower, leeks, onion, garlic, Red Spice, Virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt & nutmeg.

GARNISH TIPS - Vegetarians use cream, sour cream or your favourite blue cheese or feta crumbed over the top for some extra zhooshing! Truffle shaved on top, or just drizzle  your favourite quality oil and add a few chopped pistachios.

While much care is taken crafting your soup and broth, it is made in a kitchen handling gluten-containing cereal grains, milk, soy products, sesame, peanuts, tree-nuts, fish & shellfish.

Refrigerate and use within 7-9 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings ( depending on your appetite!)
