INGREDIENTS - Tomato, Premium beef mince, Mexican beans, onions, sweet corn, cauliflower, capsicums, A bit dressy chicken & vege broth, olive oil, quality Mexican spices, Himalayan salt & black pepper
If you are wanting to add the dairy element - feel free to add cheese or sour cream also before serving. Really go nuts and add your favourite guacamole on top and enjoy with your favourite corn chips or oven toasted flour tortillas brushed with garlic butter.
