Fresh & Delicious Soups!

Gutsy, with anchovy, parmesan and citrus.
Created in Tijuana by an Italian man Caesar Cardini, in the 1920s.
Some argue it's American, Greek, created by a roman emperor, the stories are widespread but for me, I mostly love the fact the Mr Cardini used a minimal bunch of pantry ingredients in times of hardship and thus the Caesar salad was born.
