Bone broths are increasing in popularity due to their important impact on gut health and cell repair. I love them a couple of dinners a week,  as a means of giving my digestive system a well deserved break and so enjoy the nourishment and self care I know I am giving my body.

Why settle for a regular beef bone broth when you can spice things up and enjoy the wonderful spices that create this Vietnamese staple dish. This authentic recipe is derived from the streets of Hanoi, assemble it here in your own home.
