Roasting Cauliflower. One of my absolute FAVOURITE WAYS TO TREAT THIS VEGETABLE.

 Whatever the end result of your dish, it's is a game changer for sure.  Here at A bit Dressy, this creamy, warming soup is PACKED FULL of nutty flavour, a nutrient dense dosage in a bowl, and  finished off perfectly with a reasonable hint of garlic and nutmeg.

vegan - garnished here with Balinese salt and truffle oil.

Ingredients: A bit dressy vegetable stock, roasted cauliflower, leeks, onion, cashew nuts, garlic, spinach, Red Spice, Virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt & nutmeg.

GARNISH TIPS - Vegetarians use cream, sour cream or your favourite blue cheese or feta crumbed over the top for some extra zhooshing! Truffle shaved on top, or just drizzle oil and add a few chopped pistachios.

While much care is taken crafting your soup and broth, it is made in a kitchen handling gluten-containing cereal grains, milk, soy products, sesame, peanuts, tree-nuts, fish & shellfish.

Refrigerate and use within 7-9 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings ( depending on your appetite!)
