Packed full of A BIit Dressy delicious freshly made Thai chili paste with all the vibrant taste sensations of lemongrass, coriander, lime leaves, chili, garlic, ginger and lime juice this is a great tasting, winter warming soup. A touch of coconut cream is added to round out the freshness of these delicious Thai flavours.

Ingredients: A bit Dressy vegetable stock, roasted pumpkin, onion, celery, Lara's fresh thai curry paste, (lemongrass, coriander, lime leaves, chili, garlic, ginger) fresh lime juice organic coconut cream, Himalayan Salt & pepper.
GARNISH TIPS - Tons of fresh coriander and extra lime/ chili & a dollop of unsweetened coconut yoghurt, If you are a fan of fish sauce you can easily add a dash into your hot soup bowl, but its perfectly delicious just as it is.
Refrigerate and use within 7-9 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings ( depending on your appetite!)
