The latest yummy addition to the range, I'm really loving this one. Satisfying, full of good fibre and tasty vegetables - what's not to love?

Reminiscent of my time in Europe, with all the Mediterranean flavours of garlic, lemon, thyme and a smidge of paprika - the creaminess of the bean, with textures of zucchini ribbons and caramelised leek bring it all together superbly. DELISH.

Ingredients: A Bit Dressy Vegan Broth, cannellini beans, onion, zucchini, caramelised leek, lemon zest and juice, garlic, thyme, spices, paprika, Himalayan salt & pepper.

GARNISH TIPS : top with roasted kale chips and lemon zest, or if you are into the meaty side of things - a smattering of diced grilled bacon or chorizo with a dollop of crème fraiche is sure to impress your guests and family.

Refrigerate and use within 7-9 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, remove from glass jar before freezing. 2-3 servings ( depending on your appetite!)
